The N9 Framework, which runs until the end of February 2029, provides public sector clients and registered social landlords with access to trusted, vetted suppliers who specialise in retrofitting and decarbonising the social housing and public sector buildings. Through the London Housing Consortium Procurement Group (LHCPG)’s five regional business units, the framework offers a comprehensive range of services, including:
- Consultancy & multi-disciplinary works
- Building insulation & performance improvements
- Low-carbon heating systems
- Control & management systems
- Electrical services, including EV charging & solar PV
The N9 Framework is a key driver in tackling climate change, ensuring the UK’s housing stock and public buildings meet future energy efficiency and carbon reduction targets.
