Works were completed at our Angell Town project at the end of September 2026, delivering a programme of external improvements for Lambeth Council.
The works included roof renewals, external repairs and cladding, window overhauls and balcony resurfacing, helping to improve the overall condition, safety and appearance of the buildings for residents.
Alongside the refurbishment programme, we delivered a range of social value activities, including resident engagement events, school activities and community improvement initiatives, supporting residents and the wider local community.
