We are happy to announce the successful completion of the Bassingbourn External Works project, where we carried out extensive improvements across 59 properties.
• Scope of Works included:
• Installation of External Wall Insulation (EWI)
• New UPVC windows and front and rear doors
• External drainage replacements
• Minor mechanical and electrical (M&E) works
• Complete roof replacements
• Doors to external building
Thirteen properties received all scheduled upgrades except for external wall insulation (EWI). Of these, three will be monitored over the next year due to subsidence concerns, and the remaining ten, built with an older construction style, were assessed as meeting sufficient insulation standards. This approach ensures a consistent finish across the entire project.
