SER Contractor Ltd has been awarded the National Federation of Builders’ Heritage Approved Contractor Mark for 2026.
The Mark recognises NFB members that can demonstrate experience in delivering works to heritage and traditional buildings, alongside a commitment to using suitably experienced project managers, tradespeople and specialist subcontractors.
As part of the application, SER Contractor provided details of our heritage experience and supporting project case studies, demonstrating our ability to manage and deliver works to heritage and traditional buildings.
This recognition provides clients and partners with independently verifiable assurance of our heritage experience and capabilities. It also reflects our continued commitment to delivering carefully planned, high-quality works that respect the individual character and support the long-term future of the buildings in our care.
The Heritage Approved Contractor Mark is awarded annually, with holders required to continue meeting the NFB’s qualifying requirements.
