IDS – We’re excited to begin a major three-year refurbishment programme with Industrial Dwellings Society, valued at £15m. The project will deliver comprehensive improvements across 110 properties in Tower Hamlets and Hackney, including roof replacements, new windows and doors, internal fire safety works, external repairs, upgraded door entry systems, and communal area enhancements.
