Works are now complete at our 67 Loughborough Park project, delivering a detailed package of internal and external improvements across the property. The programme included roof and concrete repairs, garage and portico roof renewals, drainage works, window repairs and renewal, external decorations, pointing, guttering and downpipes. Internal works included plastering, fire-retardant decorations, Polyflor flooring, upgraded communal and emergency lighting, and the installation of a new fire detection system.
The completed works have improved the overall safety, condition and appearance of the building for residents.
